Comcast Customer Service (Update)
The Sopranos hit “On Demand” around three o’clock yesterday afternoon. Much later than usual, but still far ahead of the time predicted by the Comcast phone monkey.
To round out yesterday’s post, let me add that I was kept on hold for 45 minutes before being put through to the repetitive snapper head.
